Filter Frit Insertion Machine

Description:

This machine automatically inserts small filter frits into special 96 well plates. The frits are fed from feeder bowls and inserted into the plate in two strokes to insure uniform height. The machine operates on six plates at a time and includes inspection of the inserted frits.

Hardware:

Adept X-Y Table, Four Axis Galil Controller and a PLC Direct 350 Programmable Controller.

Operator Interface:

Conventional Pushbuttons, Pilot Lights and Alarm LEDs.
