History

Able-Baker Automation was started as a separate company on Friday, November 13, 1998. It was one of two companies spun-off from Aspect (Azpex) Automation. Able-Baker was founded by Wendell Baker, previously the major stockholder and president of Aspect/Azpex Automation.

Aspect Automation was started as a Sole Proprietorship on March 1, 1992. On April 1, 1992, Aspect started operations as a General Partnership. We were incorporated on February 9, 1993 in the state of California. In 1997 we changed our name to Azpex Automation, Inc.

Many of the Project Profiles included in this booklet were completed while we were Aspect/Azpex Automation.
